We have several versions of the Ruby Red e.g. The Wellington –topped with sliced butter griddled portobello mushrooms, homemade horseradish sauce and chopped red onions, The Frenchman – topped with garlic mushrooms and garlic mayonnaise, The Tex Mex – topped with onion rings and our secret bbq sauce, the Sins Sizzler – our Ruby Red with chopped green chillies added to the ingredients - not too hot but with a definite delicious kick, served on thick slices of beef tomato and topped with Monterey Pepper Jack cheese (a slice of MJ with added chopped chillis and peppers), sour cream, jalapenos, freshly chopped red onion and hot jalapeno and tomato relish and the Habanero – topped with chorizo sausage and our wonderful smokey chipotle hot sauce. We can, in fact, add almost anything you wish to the Ruby Red!
