All of our burgers are served on our ‘signature’ bap. These are baked daily to order by a local village baker. They are six and a half inches wide and are really delicious; robust enough to support the filling without breaking or tearing and making a mess, but very light and soft on the inside, and because they are handmade they are never uniform in shape and look really wonderful when presented.
