Handmade patties made from a delicious blend of chick peas, onion, garlic, corriander and spices, lightly fried in sunflower oil. Served with a variety of fillings, which include: crisp lettuce, freshly sliced tomatoes, freshly chopped onion, green chilli peppers, thinly sliced pickled cucumbers, topped with a choice of tzatziki (a blend of Greek yoghurt with finely chopped cucumber and mint), hommous or sour cream. Wrapped in warm Lavash bread – a large Middle Eastern, soft, flat bread.
